my fifth grade art teacher told us that some of the best art we're going make are going to be in the margins of our notebooks and textbooks...and i believed him. so i drew him on my math notebook. haha! but seriously i believe him. so i count all my sketches (the good and the bad) as finished work. i'm self-taught, self-studying by attempting and failing, and this is my learning curve on display.
